Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of Latent Realms (“Latent Realms”, “we”, “us”), an AI image-generation studio and community gallery at latentrealms.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

Latent Realms is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the service. The service can generate and host mature (18+) imagery. During the beta, registration additionally requires a valid invite code.

2. Beta service

Latent Realms is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice; the service may be unavailable at times; and we may modify limits such as generation caps, queue sizes, storage, and Neuron balances or pricing as we tune the platform. We work hard to preserve your content, but during beta we cannot guarantee against data loss — keep local copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Accounts are personal: do not share, sell, or transfer an account or invite codes, and do not register more than one account without our permission.
  • Tell us promptly (via the in-app feedback link) if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

“Content” means anything you submit to the service: prompts, uploaded images, node-graph workflows, generation parameters, comments, and the images you generate. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the service — including running it through our generation engine and, where applicable, distributed GPU workers.

Generations are private by default. If you choose to publish content to the community gallery, you additionally grant other users the right to view it and to remix and recreate it through the platform's features (for example, rebuilding and re-running the workflow behind an image). Unpublishing stops new access but copies or derivatives other users already made may persist.

You must have the necessary rights to everything you upload. Do not upload images or other material you are not permitted to use. You can delete your content or your account at any time; we will remove it from the service as described in the Privacy & Cookie Notice.

5. AI-generated content

  • Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and are provided as-is. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs.
  • You are responsible for how you use outputs, including checking that your use complies with applicable law and with the license terms of the underlying model (see section 12).
  • The legal status of AI-generated works (including copyright) varies by jurisdiction; we make no promises about your ability to claim exclusive rights in outputs.

6. Content rules

The following are prohibited everywhere on the service — including in private, unpublished generations. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where required, reports to authorities.

  • Any sexual content involving minors, real or generated, including fictional, stylized, or “aged-up” depictions that portray apparent minors. This is an absolute, zero-tolerance rule.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people, including sexualized deepfakes or undressing of identifiable real individuals.
  • Content that is otherwise illegal where you live or where we operate, or that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech directed at people, doxxing, or content posted to intimidate.
  • Malware, spam, deceptive links, or content designed to mislead users about its origin.

Mature content that is legal (adult nudity, violence in fiction, etc.) is allowed but must be rated honestly using the service's rating system (PG / PG-13 / R / X) so that other users' content filters work. Deliberate misrating is a violation of these Terms.

7. Service rules

  • Do not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the invite gate, generation caps, rating/mature-content gates, or any other technical restriction.
  • Do not probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the service, or access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not scrape the service at scale or harvest user content or data, whether by automation or otherwise, without our written permission.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service.

8. Moderation & enforcement

We may (but are not obligated to) review content, and we may remove or unpublish content, restrict features, or warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users. Users can report content in-app; reports are reviewed by moderators. We aim to be proportionate — honest mistakes get warnings; the zero-tolerance rules in section 6 do not.

9. Neurons

“Neurons” are the service's virtual credits, used to meter generation work. Neurons are not money: they have no cash value, are not redeemable, refundable, or transferable between accounts, and are not a deposit or stored value. During beta we may grant, adjust, or reset Neuron balances, allowances, and costs as we calibrate the system. Where a paid plan includes a Neuron allowance, the allowance terms (amount, rollover) are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

10. GPU sharing (compute network)

You can optionally install our GPU-sharing client and contribute compute to the network. If you do:

  • You must own or control the hardware and be permitted to run this kind of software on it. You bear your own costs (electricity, bandwidth, wear).
  • Your machine will download model files and process generation jobs, which may include other users' prompts and outputs (subject to the routing policies described in-product, e.g. private jobs are not routed to shared workers). We apply technical safeguards, but you accept the inherent risks of running distributed workloads.
  • Contributions earn Neurons at rates we set and may adjust. Earnings are Neurons, not money (section 9).
  • You can stop sharing at any time by disconnecting or uninstalling the client. We may disconnect workers that misbehave, are unreliable, or attempt to tamper with jobs.
  • Do not attempt to falsify work, inspect or exfiltrate other users' job data, or interfere with jobs.

11. Paid plans & purchases

When paid subscriptions or purchases are offered, the following applies. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices may change with advance notice — changes apply from your next billing period. Except where the law gives you a mandatory right to a refund, payments are non-refundable; contact us if something went wrong and we will try to make it right. Plan benefits (allowances, rollover, perks such as Supporter status) are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

12. Third-party models & licenses

The model catalog includes machine-learning models created by third parties and distributed under their own licenses (which may restrict, for example, commercial use of outputs). Model files we make available for download are provided under their upstream licenses, not these Terms. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the license of any model you use or download.

13. Intellectual property & takedowns

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us (section 18) with: identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We will remove or disable access to content as appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers.

14. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latent Realms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4–6, 9, and 13–19) survive.

18. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced in-app; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Use the in-app “Send feedback” link or email us — the address is at the end of this page.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections or venue rights, which remain unaffected.
